focus on rice
Since I posted this on theredkitchen, I thought I’d let people know over here too - I’m starting a series of focus questions, and guests are welcome to answer too! What’s your favorite use for rice?
I’ve got a few recipes that I want to post - Arroz Con Leche is a recipe we made in spanish class, and I kept because it was so good. I’ve been wanting to try to make fried rice, and Betty Crocker has a recipe in her cookbook that looks easy enough w/o a wok. I’m sure I have at least one other one
