Busy but happy, need a shower so my hairs not so floofy, but I slept better last night, and woke up to a solution to a coding question I was working on last night.

That’s the #1 reason it’s good to sleep on problems, whether they be coding or some other puzzle you’re working on. I have such a hard time doing that though.

I’m trying to keep myself from stressing about decisions by reminding myself that I always come up with my best ideas in the shower or while sleeping. It’s when we take care of ourselves and step away from the problem that we come up with the right answer.
