leonard update
So I’m not normally up this early, but mom called with news about Leonard—he spent the night in the hospital, and is waiting for tests to come back. Apparently, the problem isn’t his lungs, but his heart. I don’t quite understand how this works yet, but non-oxygenated blood is going back to his heart, so then he doesn’t have enough oxygen in his system. He’ll know more after the newest tests come back, but for now, he’s getting extra oxygen and some blood thinner to make sure he doesn’t have a clot and they took some blood from an artery to analyze that as well.
