That was odd. I just looked out my window, and there’s a ladder out there! I guess they are painting out there. Good thing I wasn’t running around the house naked.

That happened to me once. I’d just jumped out of bed, unattired, when I heard footsteps outside my window. Just as I thought to make sure the curtains were fully closed (Maddy jumps in and out of the window during the night, so they aren’t always), who should I see with a dropping jaw but the man that’d come to check out the drains!
