account numbers
Why on earth does it have to be so hard to switch card account numbers on bill accounts online? Many online sites allow you to set up an account for bill paying; but when it comes to a change, you have to send something in or call in with all your info. Pain in the butt! Switching bank accounts definitely is work - and there’s at least 3 payees that I still have to figure out how to change the info!
But I got the latest taxact and updated all of my Money accounts over the time I’ve been up. That’s all good stuff.

I work for a bank, and I’ll have to remember that you said that ... it’s probably for security reasons, due to the Patriot Act. But ... it’s good feedback that maybe I can pass along to "the powers that be" at my company! Thanks!
