So after Thanksgiving, I put a loaf of the Pumpkin Bread I made in aluminum foil and inside a bag so that I could defrost it and serve it while E’s parents were here at Christmas. I *totally* forgot about it at Christmas time (hmmm, think I was a little busy?? ), and so on tuesday, I took it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge to thaw out.

I had a piece of it after dinner, and it was still delicious! It was a bit dry, but not bad, and I put some butter on it and it was yummy! So if you want something yummy to make, try it out!
