This or that
I had so much fun doing the This or That this week!! 
- Real or artificial tree? Artificial this year and last. Its just so much easier because we don’t have a truck to get a tree or a place to dispose of it. So its fake and so much easier. But its a pretty fake one! I wish it smelled like Christmas in here, though
- Real or artificial wreath? I don’t have a Christmas wreath, actually. But I do have a Ivy Vine Wreath with fake ivy leaves and grapes on it. I think I’ll take the grapes off and put some dark burgundy ribbon in it for Christmas—my mom suggested it, and its a good idea!
- Open gifts on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day (or do you do another holiday such as Hannukkah)? E and I haven’t quite figured out our Christmas traditions together yet. My family always gets together for a big meal on Christmas Eve and opens a few gifts. Then we get back together on Christmas morning and open the rest of the presents. E and I actually have our major gift already: the PS2. And E’s parents will be here late on Christmas day, so we’ll probably do gift with them Christmas night.
- "It’s A Wonderful Life" or "Miracle on 34th Street"?
I’ve never actually gotten too attached to either. I’ve seen 34th street more, though, and its pretty darn good. White Christmas is actually one of my favs, and I bought it last year on video
- Outdoor decorations, or just indoors? There’s not an easy way to do outdoor decorations in our apartment so all indoors. With lights in the window hopefully so people can see our cheeryness!
- "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" or "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer"? Hmmmm... Rudolph.
- Miniature lights or the larger ones? Minature for me! I love twinkly star-like lights, but they don’t have to blink for me to be happy!
- Store-bought or hand-made ornaments? Some of both. I’m using white lights, silver balls, and then bows I did myself on the balls and snowflakes I cut out.
- TV Specials: The Grinch or Charlie Brown? The Grinch!
- Will you be staying at home for the holiday, or going visiting?
Both, but not going far. We were supposed to go to CA this year, but I just can’t do a trip right now, so people are coming to us

Bah humbug. I remember getting right into Christmas when I was little, but these days, I dunno. It’s good to see other people getting into it, though. I’d still love to experience a white Christmas though, given that December is the middle of our summer.

I LOVE White Christmas! It’s my absolute favorite holiday movie... my mother, sister, and I all watch it at least once a week during December, my father could kill us all.
