dream worries

Why am I SO worried about the possibility of forgetting something? Tonights dream was me going to stay with my sister in the dorm for a weekend, and I didn’t bring any clothes or makeup to wear. And I was so worried and felt so stupid. And I woke up with those feelings too. So I feel stupid enough that it woke me up and its making the worrylines on my forehead squish up. I know that it will fade if I do something else for a while, so I guess that’s why I’m awake.

Dreams interpreted and Dream Central says this:

Failing: For a young woman to dream that her life is going to be a failure, denotes that she is not applying her opportunities to good advantage.
Fatigued To feel fatigued in a dream, foretells ill health or oppression in business. For a young woman to see others fatigued, indicates discouraging progress in health. (I’ve been dreaming I’ve been tired for years)
Forgetful If you dream that you keep forgetting something, it is a warning that you may have forgotten something, an appointment or a date, that is important enough to your life to merit the intercession of your subconscious mind. This is serious enough to warrant your immediate attention.

What does all this really tell me? :sigh: I just want to sleep all night, and not wake up with the dreams.

Could you find out what dreaming about Sting picking you up from work in his Porsche 911 and giving you a ride home means? And why would I ask him if he rents a big house when he tours or if he just stays in hotels? Huh? Anyone?

But I didn’t wake up anxious or anything, so that was good. I fell asleep last night listening to a meditation CD I bought at gaiam.com. I was so rested when I woke up, too. Maybe that would help you... it sounds like your brain is overwhelmed and needs to flip its off switch but maybe the off switch is short-circuited. Like mine.
