brother chattyness
Leonard and me got to talk for a while this morning - he is now officially engaged! I’m SO happy for them - Sarah makes him so happy, and she seems like such a great person. I really look forward to getting to know her more - I know that I haven’t reached out as much as I could have been of being sick, but I hope that i get to help some with the wedding plans. They are looking at late July for a date
So it was great to talk to L; I miss him when we don’t get to see each other at work very often.
He wants me to look up some home buying offer - maybe a course to help find homes to buy and fix up? He said it was called Charlton Sheik or Carlton Sheek or something like that, with a 0 Down Program. But I can’t seem to find it on google. Anybody heard of that?

Hi... Charleton Sheets offers a $0 buying program that sounds great at first, but requires a lot of mortgage funding manipulation and other tricks to achieve a $0 down payment, and is targeted toward the real estate investor. It’s a great program if you are interested in real estate investing and working as a land lord. Otherwise, first time home buyers are better off paying a small down payment with a 15 or 30 year term (in my opinion).

I miss talking to my brother Simon, and I feel bad that I hardly know my eldest brother Philip. You’re lucky to have one at relatively close hand!!
