Monday Mission 2.35
:mm:
Time for another Monday Mission! (This one is a bit embarrassing and gross!!!)
- What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to you on a date? Hmm, I can’t think of any dates that have been super embarrassing (since I only had one *real* boyfriend before E), so I’ll tell you about a "date" with my dad. He took me along on a sales run when I was like 16 or something, and had me writing notes while he drove. We got to Cascade Locks, and he bought me a Strawberry Malt at the perfect malt place. We went on with the sale run, and I started to feel a bit sick. We stopped at the same malt place to eat, and I ran to the bathroom and threw up. It was pink. But I felt better! And I’m so glad I didn’t throwup in his car!!!
- Do you eat your veggies? Most of them - there are definitely favorites and not-favorites in the world, but I’m not too bad
- Most people are comfortable going to the bathroom in front of at least one person. Has anyone ever used the restroom in front of you that you wish wouldn’t have? What happened and how bad was it? I lived in the dorm for 4 years. 4 years of bad smells and icky stuff!!! I think the worst was that I was the RA for 2 of the years, and had to clean up if someone left their feminine products on the floor. EWWWW...
- Have you ever had a bad online transaction? You know, the item wasn’t what you thought it would be, you got totally ripped-off, no refunds, it just plain sucked? What’s the story there? I’ve actually had pretty good luck w/everything I’ve purchased online (knock on wood).
- Ever have a current love find any old love letters (or similar item) you kept that probably should have been thrown away? How did that turn out? He found a story I’d written when we were first dating, and it was a bit racy and implied it was us. He chased me around the house for 30 minutes before he grabbed it and read it - its still sitting in my box all crumpled up from our little pulling match!
- A secretary at work was telling me about a trip she took to Mardi Gras. She showed off her beaded necklaces and proudly said she "earned' each and every one of them (for those not familiar with this tradition, ladies walking up Burbon St. in New Orleans will flash people who are upon the balconies, in return the guys will throw them worthless plastic necklaces). I was shocked, I had no idea this quiet gal had a wild side. Was there ever a time when you did something totally outrageous because you knew no one would know who you were, or maybe didn’t care even if they did? I’m a pretty calm person. I haven’t done a lot of things that were outrageous. I do believe that the last month of my senior year of college was a bit wild though - I was an RA and went with other RAs and Club presidents, all of whom signed a no-alcohol thing at the beginning of the year, and spent several nights in local hotels with our drinks. :giggle: We were pretty loud and obnoxious that last night, and I still love watermelon wine coolers because of that event!!
- Hey, what happened to you last night? I waited forever! Last night, I was watching movies on the couch. Not too exciting, huh?!
- BONUS: I know I could break you down, but what good would it do? Please don’t break me down, honey, I’m weak and would fall on my face!!
