cfs online course
Even though I haven’t been officially diagnosed with CFS yet, I really am tempted to take this CFIDS/FMS Self Help - Course. The articles I’ve read on this site have been invaluable (this is where I found the energy envelope info that led me to write up what my boundries were), and I think that the support could be really good. Its $30, though. But its for an 8 week class and starts in September - and I’ll be done with work then, and so it is an ideal time period. Hmmm, I think I’ll talk to E about this
