I’m revising my weekend to do list to start out my mental health day.

I have a lot I want to do today. I don’t think there’s any way I can finish it all today and sleep. I didn’t sleep well last night, so I’m needing at least one more nap today. And my head just won’t stop the pounding. I wish I could tell what was worse - Being so tired all the time and not being able to sleep OR being in so much pain that it makes me nauseous to move. I’ve spent months being in the first stage - getting up for 3 hours in the middle of the night, and only getting 4 hours of sleep.... and now that I’m sleeping all night, I’m still exhausted, but so sick feeling. Blech.

BUT, the plan for the day also includes some aromatherapy. Candles and hopefully a bath to relax my back. I need to clear a space on my desk, but then the candles will be lit and hopefully will give me a positive outlook as I sit here and work on my list smile
