sandwich
I just had a super yummy sandwich! I saw a coupon in the paper this last week for canned chicken - much like canned tuna, but white chicken meat instead. So I thought I’d try it out because I had some celery left over from our soup the other night. I chopped the celery in little pieces, added a bit of mayo, and put it on wheat bread, and WOW, it was good! Served with a cut up apple and craisins, and I have a lowfat raspberry yogurt in the freezer that is chilling for desert.
What a happy lunch!

I make that type of sandwich too- but instead of celery I add diced apples on raisin bread- it is REALLY good!

I always wondered how that canned chicken was! Glad to hear it’s good. I might have to buy some. Your sandwich sounds super-yummy!
