cocoa=good?
Two studies presented today at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Boston suggest that a substance found in cocoa can stimulate the body’s processing of nitric oxide—a compound critical for healthy blood flow and blood pressure—and promote overall heart health.
This could be good news for us chocoholics! Even though I don’t eat as much chocolate as I used to, I love the stuff. This article had some really great points about the health of a group of eople in Central America who have lots of cocoa in their diets
