Eric would be interested to know that today is Tolkien, J(ohn) R(onald) R(euel)’s birthday 
My home page told me this: "Tolkien is best known for his fantasy novels The Hobbit (1937) and The Lord of the Rings (1954-1955). He set his works in an imaginary realm called Middle Earth, peopling it with hobbits and elves." That reminded me of E’s newest book that he got for Christmas - The Dictionary of Imaginary Places. It has TONS of fun info about places from novels, including the works of JRR Tolkien, if I remember what E said correctly ;)
