Dara said that one of the parts of her job that she enjoys is "knowing the background of every project, and just being intimate with the way things work—and have worked in the past—around here."

I love this too. That’s part of my personality, I want to know a bit of everything. I want to be the knowledgable one in the office, who people come to with questions. That’s part of the reason I stay in this job. I don’t like the idea of changing and having to learn new things all over and feeling like I’m out of the loop for years. Thanks for making me think, Dara
