baby steps
I’m trying again. Or at least starting the week off with it. My baby steps journal has been neglected. And I think I’m feeling healthier. I’m able to make do with less sleep. I’m eating better. I’m snacking better. I am drinking a whole lot of water. My weight feels like I’m huge, but I haven’t changed for a month. My exercising is failing. My stress is up and down.
SO, I want to keep tracking this again. I didn’t mean to stop. So send me good vibes for starting again baby steps to a healthy Kristine-y

Good luck starting anew. It’s so hard to get motivated again once you let it slide for a while.
