I am sleepy. I think that longer hours at work tire me out more, and make me need a bit more sleep. I have been getting 8 hrs of sleep, but still waking up tired and taking love-seat nap before my shower.... and struggle to keep my eyes open on the drive to work. I’m not as energetic to do my baby steps of cleaning, either. I didn’t shine my sink this morning. I need to straighten the bathroom and the table, too, but napped instead. Part of this may be my brain balancing out with the drugs, and lathargicness. It could be the time of the month, too. What vitamins or foods give you more energy? Caffeine obviously helps with a temporary burst, but its not a permanent thing, and I thought that maybe I should be doing something to help myself out a bit.
