W-2s and 941s and Payroll, OH MY!
Wow, I’ve gotten so much done this morning!
I woke up at 4:15 (well, actually, I woke up from 2:30-4:00 every 15 minutes or so to see what time it was in case I was missing when I needed to get up!), quickly surfed through my daily journals, checked my email; I got in the shower by 4:40; Woke E up at 5; found clothes on the floor (we used most of my shirt as packing material for the breakable stuff in my house, so I have clothes EVERYWHERE thats been thrown out of boxes!) and put on my make-up and ate... and we were out of the house before 6. So I have been at work since a little after 6, which gave me plenty of time to finish the double checking of payroll numbers and I got all of the W2’s printed for the employees. Yea!!!!! Not only that, but I figured out most of the payroll tax numbers for tomorrow and just need to write the checks and fill out the forms to go with those. But from 8:30 on, my day has been fairly more hectic. So I’m sure glad that I got all that done early!
I am tired now, but if we decide on a schedule for when we leave for work and stick to it, it wouldn’t be bad for it to be this early. I just need to adjust in so I don’t get worried about missing my alarm time.
I wrote a post and saved it last night on my hard drive at home about organization and self improvement when I couldn’t get onto the internet (AOL sucks!)... so tonight, I’ll finish it and post!

I can’t believe you get up that early! I get up at 5:50, and I want to get up at 5:30, but I just can’t do it, even though I know I’d get so much more done. Good for you, Kristine! I hope unpacking continues to go well. I know when we moved I had taken a week off, and even with all that time it seemed to take forever to get everything put away!

I can’t believe I made it through the whole day!! But I’m doing it again today, and I think it won’t be so bad.... even though i had to waste most of my time here this morning rebuilding some system files (and making graphics in the background while I had to wait *giggle*)
