Friday Five

:fridayfive:
The organized edition. Lisanne helped with the questions this week. smile

  1. Would you consider yourself an organized person? Why or why not? Yes, I’m organized inside. I need to have things in the same place. But the things around me aren’t organized. My personality types all point to me being a meticulously organized person. It really is a desire of mine to be organized. I just don’t necessarily keep equate organized with neat and tidy all the time.
  2. Do you keep some type of planner, organizer, calendar, etc. with you, and do you use it regularly? My organizing is all either in my journal or Outlook, and sometimes, I print that suff off and carry it around with me.
  3. Would you say that your desk is organized right now? No. LOL! But I do know where everything is. I can put my finger on anything you should ask for.
  4. Do you alphabetize CDs, books, and DVDs, or does it not matter? I categorize things. Come up with a system for what things go next to each other and then sort them from there. I do this with food, too - things that are similar go next to each other, like pinapple and canned peaches, and then the pinapple is next to the cranberry sauce and the cranberry sauce is next to the pumpkin... and so on. I’m not sure if its a system that anyone but me would care to replicate, but it works for me smile
  5. What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever had to organize? My wedding... I loved doing it so much, but it was a lot of work and I wanted to be in control so I knew what was happening on every task, but there was a lot to take care of all at once!!!!!!

Thanks for the mention! blush I’m glad you liked the questions. I think that your blog is very organized ~ it looks wonderful! star

I’m glad I’m not the only one that puts grocery items together. My husband willingly put groceries away the last time we got home from the store and the next day I was in the pantry ranting and raving because he had put the mashed potatoes beside the canned peas. The silly things that sometimes make life easier though strawberry
