Rain swamps drivers, closes bridge
An urban flood warning is in effect for all rivers and streams in the Portland metro area as relentless rain closes major roadways, seeps into homes and strands cars in lakes of muddy water in Oregon and Washington Friday.
Its been pouring for a few days now, and so I’m not surpised that there’s flooding!! Sounds like Battle Ground (where Lisa goes to school) is really getting wet—hopefully she’ll stay dry!!

I know it sounds odd but I have this recurring nightmare for years now about driving to church over this long bridge that is low over the water and its pouring down rain. Then we get there and decide to come back, but we can’t because the water had risen!
