sleep and heart disease

ajc.com | News | Sleep affects heart disease

Too little sleep—or too much—may raise the risk of developing heart disease, according to a study of nearly 72,000 nurses.

I don’t think this is the article I should be reading at 2 am...

So tired, but sleep wasn’t coming easily, and I was SO hot laying in bed (E came in and his skin was hotter than mine, so it must have just been my brain telling me I was hot). My back hurts like hell; big giant knot or something in there. So I finally got up, and I’ve had 2 glasses of water to try and cool down. Hopefully I’m not developing Heart disease right this moment!!!
