social security running out

Social Security shortfall in 2041

The trustees of the Social Security system predicted Tuesday that the system will be able to pay the full benefits promised to future retirees until 2041, about the time that today’s 28-year old workers will be eligible to start receiving benefit checks.
This news follows as funny on the same day as Grand Avenue showcases the same topic!

I know, not funny, I’m in that age bracket. But I suppose we better laugh about it now!!!
