Eric and his cough

So I’ve been up since 2something or 3something. Eric has an evil-awful cough, and its leaving him totally weak. I don’t know what to do to help him - I got him some 44E which was supposed to break up chest congestion, but its not seeming to work. We don’t have a doctor at the moment, but we do have insurance - I’m tempted to call the insurance help line and find out if there is an urgency care he should go to. But I don’t think he wants to do that.

Last night, he planned to go to work. So he said to wake him up at 5 like normal. So that’s part of the reason I’ve been up posting; because I was getting up like normal (even though I was in bed laying there NOT sleeping beforehand) - and he got up and took a shower, and seems so weak walking around - I sent him back to bed! So I’m up, I don’t have a car to drive to work, walking the 10 miles isn’t an option, so I guess I’ll wait till a little closer to when I *have* to be at work and then wake him up and have him take me. That’s kinda what he said to do, but I feel so bad. *sigh* And plus, I’m pretty tired now!

I think its time for some cocoa and the morning paper smile Maybe a crossword puzzle and some news whie I wait another hour and a half or two hours. smile

I hope that he is feeling better. Tell him to get lots of rest, drink plenty of fluids and load up on Vitamin C! smile
