Hey Carol - it sucks to be the responsible one, doesn’t it? I’m sorry they left you a pile of work....
It sucks when everyone knows that I am dependable, and that they can wait until the last frickin second to give me things and they KNOW I’ll work late to get it done for them. Bah! Or, they know that they can wait the last second for a deadline because I’ll have a backup plan to cover for them. Yeah, well, sometimes I’d like to be unresponsible and not do it. but then someone else would miss out on what is supposed to be done... And I hate that!!
