Sonia Manzano . I never understood why they just didn’t let the actors on Sesame Street use their real names. I think they started with Bob and Linda, though. Anyway, Sonia, who plays Maria, always reminded me of my stepmom for some reason. Maybe the voice, or the smile. Whatever it was, they are both cool. <.g>
Can you tell I’m having fun here? LOL I just love seeing all these performers really getting into it, you know? I mean, yeah, their music will be known to kids and their families for many years to come, and that’s a nice incentive. But you just can’t fake those kinds of happy, joyful smiles that the Muppets bring to their faces.
