How come customer service people
How come customer service people aren’t always helpful? I write a really nicely worded and complete email to a company I’m trying to purchase some very expensive (to our family business) software from, and they (on 3 occassions now) have only sent me a tiny bit of an answer to my question. I really need some answers before I can know for sure what external components I need to buy, but this lady is NOT helpful. Blah. I don’t know how much more specific I can get in emails to this company to try and get my questions answered before I just go out and buy the products and take them back if they don’t work. Hmmmmmm.... And I hate stressing about work at home. But this is such a big endevor that its slipping into all parts of my life. Family Businesses suck sometimes.
