HR Takes a Turn in the Sun - very interesting article to me as an HR professional - I totally agree with "In today’s economy, companies are struggling to find and keep good employees with the right skills. Recruitment is difficult and time consuming, and losing a current employee costs one and one half of that person’s annual salary" Sometimes, I wish I could spend more of my time on the HR end of my job. If I wasn’t wearing 30 hats at work, I’d be able to do one thing best instead of 29 of them half-cocked. Maybe I’ll get better at the other 29 things :->
