The movie based on Joss Whedon's Firefly (a TV series which FOX TV played out of order and then cancelled before even showing all of the episodes).

Went to see this on opening night, because I was SO excited about it from seeing the reruns of Firefly on SciFi and the previews.

This was fabulous. I laughed, giggled, cried, gasped, and excited. The storyline was great, just what I expect from Joss. The special effects were such a major differentiation from what they can do in TV - wow!

There was one thing I don't want to mention but it really affected me! But too spoiley.

I can't wait to see it again. I'll definitely be buying the DVD!
