Sweet Tomatoes Kitchen Cabinet

A short time ago, I filled out a survey for Sweet Tomatoes, one of my favorite restaurants.  It focused around social media and influencing and was definitely right up my boat.  They were trying to pick a new Kitchen Cabinet team, to give feedback on their menu and restaurant in general. 

Out of 8000 entries, they picked 14 people to come to San Diego to their headquarters – and I am one of them!!  I’ll be going for a several day trip and spend a day in their offices next week.  I’m still in shock I was chosen!

I’ve been a fan of Sweet Tomatoes for years, since they opened a Vancouver, WA location.  One of our wedding weekend meals was there and so its easy for those memories to flood back over me when I go into the dining room.  We regularly get coupons which makes it an affordable option for a mid-week meal (sign up for Club Veg if you want coupons too).  AND it’s a very healthy option for me while working on my updated lifestyle 🙂  My fav desert (which I’ve blogged before) is tapioca pudding with a wild blueberry muffin!

I’ll be tweeting while I’m on the trip, and sure I’ll have some delightful stories when I come back. 🙂
