{"id":31,"date":"2010-01-31T21:16:25","date_gmt":"2010-01-31T21:16:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/wp\/2010\/01\/31\/meal_plans_1-31-2010\/"},"modified":"2010-01-31T21:16:25","modified_gmt":"2010-01-31T21:16:25","slug":"meal_plans_1-31-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/2010\/01\/meal_plans_1-31-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"Meal plans: 1-31-2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Starting out the week typing out last week&#8217;s plan and this week&#8217;s at the same time.&nbsp; Last week was a hard week for me, I was extra sore and needed more rest, and that slows down everything, including healthy eating.&nbsp; There were several days when I failed to track my points and didn&#8217;t make it through normal amounts of exercising.<\/p>\n<p>But, we are starting off a new week, with goals intact, and some healthy meals planned based around fruits and veges.&nbsp; We had hoped to see Megan today (Sunday) and that didn&#8217;t work out, so now she&#8217;s coming over for dinner tomorrow, and that has us doing some fast thinking to plan on what to grab at the grocery store.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Monday<\/b>: plus Megan and Liam &#8211; Red pepper soup (trying again after disaster at beginning of month, from <a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Roasted-Red-Pepper-Soup\/Detail.aspx\">@allrecipes<\/a>), polenta with ricotta, and challah bread.&nbsp; We got a delicious apple spice cake at whole foods and tried some already Sunday to make sure it was good!!!<\/li>\n<li><b>Tuesday<\/b>: Ricotta Gnocchi (from <a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Ricotta-Gnocchi\/Detail.aspx\">@allrecipes<\/a>) &#8211; to use the leftover ricotta from Monday.&nbsp; We made this recipe several times last year and enjoyed them.<\/li>\n<li><b>Wednesday<\/b>: quick food for knitting night: Baked potatoes and butternut squash.&nbsp; I bake the squash with a little brown sugar and apple sauce in the center.&nbsp; Apple Pear crisp for desert.<\/li>\n<li><b>Thursday<\/b>: Asian meal &#8211; peanut sauce (from <a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Ricotta-Gnocchi\/Detail.aspx\">@tasteofhome<\/a>), rice (or fried rice), stir-fried broccoli and snow peas.&nbsp; Bought some vegetarian potstickers at whole foods to try out with this.<\/li>\n<li><b>Friday<\/b>: leftovers<\/li>\n<li><b>Saturday<\/b>: out to library meeting and girls day out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The nice thing about this is we planned all this on the fly in Whole Foods and won&#8217;t need another shopping trip on Monday night like normal!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starting out the week typing out last week&#8217;s plan and this week&#8217;s at the same time.&nbsp; Last week was a hard week for me, I was extra sore and needed more rest, and that&#46;&#46;&#46;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[8,6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-31","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-food","category-health"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/31","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=31"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/31\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=31"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=31"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=31"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
