{"id":30,"date":"2010-01-31T20:17:23","date_gmt":"2010-01-31T20:17:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/wp\/2010\/01\/31\/meal_plans_1-25-2010\/"},"modified":"2010-01-31T20:17:23","modified_gmt":"2010-01-31T20:17:23","slug":"meal_plans_1-25-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/2010\/01\/meal_plans_1-25-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"meal plans: 1-25-2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Looking back at <a href=\"http:\/\/kadyellebee.com\/kdlb\/2010\/01\/meal-plans-1-18-2010.php\">last week<\/a> meal plans, and it seems so long ago (I&#8217;m writing this a week out) that I don&#8217;t have much to supplement how it went.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Monday: <\/b>out for groceries<\/li>\n<li><b>Tuesday: <\/b>Broccoli Cheese soup (adapted from recipe <a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/Recipe\/Excellent-Broccoli-Cheese-Soup\/Detail.aspx\">@allrecipes<\/a>) with asiago cheese bread.<\/li>\n<li><b>Wednesday<\/b>: Lasagna &#8211; E has Milton&#8217;s Vegetable lasagna in the freezer from Costco and I have SmartOnes lasagna in the freezer.&nbsp; A quick meal for knit night, but I didn&#8217;t end up going.<\/li>\n<li><b>Thursday<\/b>: Sandwiches &#8211; cheddar paninis?<\/li>\n<li><b>Friday<\/b>: Crepes (low fat crepes from <a href=\"http:\/\/lowfatcooking.about.com\/od\/breakfastandlunch\/r\/crepes.htm\">@about.com<\/a>) with lemon curd and jam, potato cubes, and striples<\/li>\n<li><b>Saturday<\/b>: out?<\/li>\n<li><b>Sunday<\/b>: Mexican &#8211; quesadillas, soy chorizo burritos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;Ideas came from what was leftover from last week.&nbsp; We didn&#8217;t get to do crepes, so it was moved.&nbsp; Lasagna had been in the freezer and we were looking forward to eating that.&nbsp; The soup meal was inspired by wanting bread bowls, but Safeway was out of them, so we went with some soft squishy other bread.&nbsp; Paninis was meant as a use for leftover bread from the soup meal.&nbsp; So it was pretty much a kristine-is-being-lazy-with-barely-any-ideas week \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Looking back at last week meal plans, and it seems so long ago (I&#8217;m writing this a week out) that I don&#8217;t have much to supplement how it went.
