LOL, at least they got some drama out of the whole deal after announcing it would be Firebird! No, no, that was only a "codename"
In case you haven’t heard, new Mozilla names have been "clarified". According to the article Mozilla Branding, the official name for pre Mozilla 1.4 is Mozilla Application Suite. After 1.4, focus will shift to the Firebird/Thunderbird "codename" projects, which will eventually be named Mozilla Browser and Mozilla Mail.
In case you haven’t seen this already, here’s reasons to switch. I think that once some of the bugs are squashed, its gonna be a great browser! (I’m using a nightly build because A suggested it when I had issues with the newest milestone build. So it has its quirks, but doesn’t crash as much!)

I LOVE Phoenix/Firebird/whatever they’re calling it these days. I’ve only been using it for about 6 months or so, but I’ll definitely be using it for a lot longer than that! I first used the nightly builds, but stopped at the end of December when they had a bug with the extension installations. Maybe I’ll go try the latest nightly build, now that it seems that that bug has been fixed!

(I’m sorry if this gets posted twice; I received an error when I tried posting this a first time!)
