twice as far
I made it to the mailbox and then in the other direction about the same distance! My legs were hurting more on the way back, but its good progress Healthy breakfast, vitamins, orange juice, and water. I haven’t done too many stairs (3 sets) yet today, but a bit of streching during my morning rest. Yay for me!

It sounds like you’re doing great! I should follow in your footsteps and be better about eating breakfast and taking my vitamins. Matt tries to remind me, but I usually get irritated with him for it because I’m stubborn.
