soaps
I’ve made the mistake of listening to soaps while working off and on over the last week or so. (Well, Monday when I was so sick, I actually sat on the couch and watched).
I could so easily get addicted (again). I love the storylines, and I love getting caught up in them.
The ones I would watch given the opportunity? As The World Turns, General Hospital, and All My Children. I mean, I’ve watched many of the others in the past, too, but these 3 are my favs. (I watched Port Charles from the beginning of the series until a few years ago, One Life to Live and Guiding Light are great too. I think Bold and the Beautiful and Young and the Restless are the only ones I didn’t ever really watch. Well, and Passions came on after I was done with college, so I never watched that - but I did like Sunset Beach

See, its so easy to get sucked in when you’ve spent tons of your time in college thinking about and watching soaps! My walls were covered with Soap Opera pictures. I’ll take pictures of the large sheets that are still hiding in the back of the closet
The storyline I’m most interested in right now? Maria is back on AMC! I can’t wait to see what happens with this! And then on GH, I’d like to know what’s going on with Luke and Laura since they disappeared.

As a CFS'er spending years in bed, I got addicted to Days, Y&R and The Bold & The Beautiful. They don’t run your faves over here in Australia. Now I work part time from home, and I must admit I’m an addict. I don’t watch them religiously, but I catch at least one of them most days.

kristine - maria needs to go far away! brooke & edmund are finally back together and now maria’s back and who knows what’s going to happen.
i’ve been watching since 1994 and i just never liked maria. but brooke and edmnd = yay! heh, we should talk amc someday.
