Britney Spears

I can't help it, I like the pop music sometimes! I've had all of her CDs and when I'm feeling super happy, I put her on - its just fun.

Nina Gordon

The radio hit Tonight and the Rest of my Life caught me instantly with its flowing vocals and twinkling tune. I couldn't help but want to sing along! Later on, I found out that Nina was one of the founders and vocalist of Veruca Salt. She's got an amazing voice, and I look forward to hearing the next amazing album, which is starting to be in process this fall.

Natalie Imbruglia

The album Left of the Middle was on frequent play in our office the summer that it came out. Megan and I each had a copy, and memorized every word. So I was anxiously waiting for the new album. I love her voice, and the way she combines it with such fun backgrounds - like the neato noises in Big Mistake. Gives her a unique touch.

Dido

I became enamoured by Dido because of the theme song to Roswell. When I found out that she had a whole CD, I was very excited! The songs are soothing to me, and add a great feel to my "Good for my Soul Music" mix.

Avril Lavigne

When Complicated came out, I wasn't sure if it was my kind of music. And then I kept listening to the songs on my sisters CD, and was very excited to hear the real talent in her voice. She is a great new singer, and I'm so glad she's becoming so sucessful. Her voice blends well with my other two new CDs - Vanessa Carlton and Michelle Branch!

Michelle Branch

I first heard the beautiful notes of Michelle's voice on Buffy during season 6. She performed live, singing Goodbye to You, and it fit so perfectly. Her hair was shorter than it is in the album pictures, but she had that cute and beautiful flair to her. I love her singing, and hope that her success to follow "The Spirit Room" will be huge.

Vanessa Carlton

Beautiful and talented. Formerly striving to become a ballerina. Her piano playing inspires me. Her story reminds me of the solace I found in the piano in the basement of the dorm while I was in college.
